Millennium India Education Foundation (MIEF), a 2003 registered NGO, has been working on the One Health since the year 2008 in the country. Under this program, the main objective of the organisation has been to create a common platform for medicos, veterinarians and agriculture-environment scientists and practitioners, where the discussions in the form of presentations/lectures revolve around diseases of public health importance arising from animals and vice versa.
