On April 8, the course of Food safety management systems, Graduate Program in Nutrition, Federal University of São Paulo, Brazil will have as its master class: Food safety in the context of One Health. The class will be lectured by Cel José Roberto Pinho de Andrade Lima. This class aims to introduce the One Health concept and discuss the important role of food safety.
