PETDAY (Healthy Pets, Healthy People)

This is an event that is focused on raising awareness about the pet’s health and their environment, referring to the collaborative efforts of multiple disciplines such as veterinary medical staff, teachers and society in general, demonstrating that teamwork meets one goal, to achieve optimal health for people, animals and our ecosystem. The event will be part of the "One Health" world day and will have a face-to-face format where the speakers will present their lectures addressing various topics such as:: "One Health and parasitosis", workshops that will talk about the "Panel for the veterinarians of the future: challenges and opportunities for leaders and entrepreneurs" modules of free clinical consultations for pets; veterinarians and veterinary students performing together social awareness activities on pet’s health care, this will result in preventing, detecting and responding effectively to the health challenges that arise in the world due to the relationship between humans, animals and the environment.
