Commemoration of Global One Health Day: Theme: Strengthening One Health Collaboration for Resilient Communities

VSF-Suisse Ethiopia, working in close collaboration with the Somali Regional One Health Task Force (ROHTF) and the National One Health Secretariat (NOHS), is spearheading efforts to support the 2025 Global One Health Day commemoration to be held on 10 November 2025 in Jigjiga City at Duule Luxury Hotel. Celebrated under the theme “Strengthening One Health Collaboration for Resilient Communities,” the event aims to advance integrated action across human, animal, and environmental health sectors. More than 150 participants, including senior government officials, development partners, academic institutions, and regional representatives, will convene to showcase Ethiopia’s progress and achievements in advancing the One Health agenda.
